The Senior Manager, Talent Management & Development, is responsible for designing and embedding the firm’s approach to talent, performance, and development. This role serves as a strategic partner to the CHRO and leadership team, translating business priorities into practical talent initiatives that improve organizational effectiveness and support long-term growth.
As part of a small, high-performing HR team, this is an individual contributor role that requires a highly hands-on, agile approach. The role combines strategy and execution-building programs, working directly with leaders, and ensuring talent practices are consistently applied across the organization.

The compensation for this position includes salary and incentive pay. The annual base salary range for this role is $130,000-$150,000 (USD), which does not include discretionary bonus compensation. Total compensation may vary based on experience, role, location, department, and individual performance.
