Job Description

  • Develop and implement strategic plans for land acquisition in alignment with project timelines and objectives
  • Identify potential land parcels suitable for thermal projects through research and collaboration with relevant stakeholders
  • Negotiate with landowners, government authorities, and other entities to secure land at competitive prices
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements throughout the land acquisition process
  • Conduct thorough due diligence on land titles, ownership, and any potential restrictions
  • Manage relationships with external agencies, consultants, and legal teams involved in the land acquisition process
  • Provide regular updates to project teams regarding land acquisition progress and potential challenges
  • Contribute to the development of risk mitigation strategies related to land acquisition
  • Participate in community engagement initiatives to foster positive relationships and address concerns related to land acquisition
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of acquired land into project plans
