We're looking for a Senior Manager, Key Accounts (SME) to join our Distribution team and play a pivotal role in growing our SME portfolio across Key Accounts. What will you bring?
The Opportunity
In this highly visible leadership role, you'll be responsible for delivering new business growth and expanding existing SME business within Key Accounts, with a particular focus on Preferred Provider Arrangements (PPAs)
You'll lead the strategy, retention and development of key PPA relationships, working closely with senior brokers, internal stakeholders, and your team to drive sustainable, profitable growth. Alongside commercial accountability, you'll play an important role in developing talent, fostering a high-performance culture, and ensuring an outstanding customer experience.
