Senior Manager IT - Network Technology
We are seeking a visionary and hands-on Senior Manager to lead the strategic and technical direction of Network Infrastructure Applications, Network Automation, and Architecture across Vantive’s Global Network Services organization.
As the principal architect and automation champion, you will define standards, drive innovation, and ensure seamless integration across WAN, Campus Networking, Voice, and Contact Center domains. Reporting directly to the Director of IT Network Services, you will play a pivotal role in transforming how Vantive designs, operates, and evolves its network ecosystem.
Network Infrastructure Applications
Network Automation Leadership
Network Architecture Oversight
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Certifications such as CCIE, JNCIE, or equivalent are highly desirable.
Significant experience in enterprise networking, with deep expertise in architecture and automation.
Proven leadership in designing and deploying large-scale network solutions.
Strong understanding of SD-WAN, SASE, and cloud-integrated networking.
Experience with automation tools (e.g., Ansible, Python, Git, CI/CD pipelines).
Familiarity with platforms like Nautobot, NetBox, Infoblox, and monitoring stacks.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Nice-to-have Agile/Scrum/Project Management certifications.
Ability to communicate complex systems and ideas across multiple departments.
Solid knowledge of IT security and data privacy best practices.
Self-motivated, works well with little supervision, and thrives in a team environment.
Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable working with ambiguity and change, able to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
