Objective:
Responsible for leading cross-functional integration initiatives that enable business transformation, operational scalability, and improved performance. It focuses on embedding new processes, technologies, and ways of working into existing business structures while ensuring minimal disruption. By partnering closely with leadership and functional teams, the position accelerates adoption, improves efficiency, and supports long-term organizational evolution.
Key responsibilities:
1. Integration Strategy & Transformation Planning
Lead integration initiatives related to new systems, operating models, process changes, and innovation programs.
Develop integration roadmaps, timelines, success metrics, and governance frameworks for transformation initiatives.
Translate strategic transformation goals into executable integration plans across functions.
Ensure alignment between innovation initiatives and overall business objectives.
2. Cross-Functional Execution & Change Enablement
Act as the central integration lead coordinating across Retail, HR, Finance, Supply Chain, IT, Marketing, and Digital teams.
Drive execution of integration activities, resolving dependencies, risks, and blockers proactively.
Support change management efforts to ensure teams adopt new tools, processes, and workflows effectively.
Facilitate workshops, alignment sessions, and reviews to embed new ways of working.
3. Process Optimization, Systems Adoption & Governance
Ensure new systems, tools, and processes are integrated into business as usual operations.
Identify inefficiencies and gaps during integration and recommend process improvements.
Establish governance controls, documentation, and standard operating procedures post-integration.
Monitor adoption, compliance, and performance against defined integration success metrics.
4. Reporting, Insights & Continuous Improvement
Track progress of transformation and integration initiatives through dashboards and structured reporting.
Provide regular updates to senior leadership on risks, milestones, and outcomes.
Capture learnings from integration programs to refine future transformation efforts.
Support post-implementation stabilization and transition ownership to functional teams.
Desired Experience:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or a related field.
8-12 years of experience in business transformation, integration, program management, or innovation roles.
Strong experience working in complex, multi-brand or multi-market retail environments.
Proven ability to manage large cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
Strong understanding of business processes, enterprise systems, and operating models.
Excellent problem-solving, planning, and decision-making skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder-management capabilities at senior levels.
