Senior Manager, IT – EDI B2B Services (Job Band B12)
Team / Function Overview
The Senior Manager, IT – EDI B2B Services is a leadership role within Kraft Heinz IT, accountable for enabling reliable, scalable B2B integration capabilities that support day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives across Zones. This role leads EDI/B2B/GDS and API-enabled integration services in close partnership with business teams and implementation teams—especially for new trading partner onboardings and ongoing enhancements.
In this pivotal role, you will lead the EDI/B2B/GDS service and delivery agenda across multiple Zones, ensuring the efficient exchange of business-critical information with external partners and internal platforms. The role has a strong emphasis on vendor and commercial management (including procurement processes, contract/SOW execution, and SLA governance) and people leadership, with three (3) managers reporting into this position—making coaching, performance management, and career development a core accountability.
The ideal candidate brings deep experience across EDI/B2B integration patterns, API management, SAP integration technologies, and operating a high-availability, partner-facing production environment—while driving modernization, standardization, and measurable service outcomes.
