The Senior Manager will be responsible for leading and managing IT audits, assessing and assuring IT systems and processes, performing risk assessments, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Day-to-day tasks include developing audit strategies, conducting audits, preparing reports, and providing recommendations for improvements. The role also involves managing a team of 40+ audit professionals, client interactions, and continuous monitoring of IT controls and risks.Qualifications

• Experience in leading and managing IT audits and risk assessments
• Strong knowledge of IT systems, processes, and controls
• Understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage and lead a team effectively
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field; Professional certifications such as CISA, CISM, CISSP, or equivalent are a plus
• Relevant experience in the professional services or consulting industry
