Do you enjoy bringing structure to complex technical programmes, working across teams and suppliers, and solving delivery challenges before they become blockers?
We’re looking for a Third-Party IP (TPIP) Manager to join our IP Management team, coordinating the delivery and lifecycle management of third-party IP across Arm programmes.. You’ll provide a clear view of TPIP preparedness, vendor obligations, delivery progress, risks and dependencies—from selection and procurement through delivery, compliance readiness and maintenance.
Working across engineering, programme management, procurement, quality and vendor teams, you’ll connect the right people and information to identify risks early, drive actions to resolution and keep programmes moving forward. You’ll also help improve the processes and approaches that support effective TPIP management across Arm.
Relevant transferable experience involving complex technology delivery, supplier management or cross-functional programme management is welcomed.
This role works across Arm engineering and business teams to improve how third-party IP is selected, procured, delivered and tracked.
There is scope to influence TPIP ways of working, develop relationships across engineering and business teams, and contribute to a growing area of Arm’s delivery model.

Arm’s approach to hybrid working is designed to create a working environment that supports both high performance and personal wellbeing. We believe in bringing people together face to face to enable us to work at pace, whilst recognizing the value of flexibility. Within that framework, we empower groups/teams to determine their own hybrid working patterns, depending on the work and the team’s needs. Details of what this means for each role will be shared upon application. In some cases, the flexibility we can offer is limited by local legal, regulatory, tax, or other considerations, and where this is the case, we will collaborate with you to find the best solution.
