Job Description

The purpose of this role is to support the resource management team with managing supply and demand across a Service Line or within a specific discipline.

Key Responsibilities:

- Track and maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing inventory across channels (warehouse, retail, e-commerce).

- Monitor and record all customer orders, ensuring alignment between order placement, dispatch, and delivery status.

- Maintain a detailed log of refunds, returns, and exchanges, ensuring proper reconciliation with accounts and payment gateways.

- Conduct regular inventory audits (physical and system-based) to identify discrepancies and minimize stock loss.

- Work closely with the Accounts team to ensure accurate financial reporting, invoicing, and refund settlements.

- Analyse inventory data at a micro level to identify trends, gaps, and inefficiencies in stock movement.

- Manage SKU-level tracking, including categorization, tagging, and stock allocation.

- Coordinate with operations, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure seamless inventory flow.
