Senior Manager – Interior Design | Dubai, UAE

Talent Tide is partnering with one of Dubai's leading master developers to find a Senior Manager – Interior Design for their Development team.

This is a developer-side role. You'll oversee interior design across a portfolio of high-profile residential and mixed-use projects, protecting design intent from concept through handover while delivering on launch schedules, quality, and budget.

What you'll do

  • Lead the full interior design process, from design briefs and consultant appointment through procurement and execution
  • Review consultant design packages against the developer's design guidelines so purchasers receive exactly what they bought
  • Check design submissions for technical and commercial compliance, and lead value engineering to hit target budgets
  • Manage consultants, flag risks early, and keep senior management informed
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams, consultants, contractors, and authorities

What you'll bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Architecture (Master's preferred)
  • 8–10+ years managing interior design within a real estate developer or design consultancy
  • Strong knowledge of real estate development processes and interior construction and specifications
  • Track record managing design teams across concept, development, and implementation
  • Experience coordinating with architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines
  • Understanding of cost estimation and value engineering
  • AutoCAD and MS Office proficiency
  • LEED AP or an international interior design certification is a plus
