The Role
The Senior Manager, Interior Design, will lead hospitality design reviews, renovation projects, and brand compliance initiatives across multiple hotel brands. This role partners with owners, franchisees, architects, consultants, and internal teams to ensure projects align with Brand standards, operational goals, and guest experience expectations.

Responsibilities

• Lead interior design reviews for hotel renovations, conversions, and new developments.
• Ensure compliance with Brand standards, space planning, FF&E, finishes, and operational requirements.
• Review design submittals, construction documents, and material specifications.
• Partner with owners, architects, consultants, and internal teams to resolve design-related issues.
• Manage multiple hospitality projects simultaneously across different development stages.
• Support and mentor junior design team members.
• Utilize AutoCAD/Revit, Bluebeam, Adobe Suite, PowerPoint, and Excel for project coordination and design reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field required.
• 6+ years of hospitality interior design experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of hotel renovations, conversions, FF&E, and Brand standards.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD/Revit, Adobe Suite, Bluebeam, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.

Requirements

• Hybrid role based in New Jersey.
• In-office Tuesday–Thursday required.
• Some travel may be required for site visits and meetings.

Flexible work from home options available.

Compensation: $40.00 - $42.00 per hour
