Senior Manager Integrated Media Planning

Key Responsibilities

Functional Strategy Formation Lead the development and implementation of the Media and Channel Integration strategy, ensuring alignment with wider corporate strategy.
Leadership and Direction Communicate actions needed to implement the strategy and brand plans; inspire commitment across teams.
Marketing Oversee effective creation, implementation, and maintenance of Media and Channel Integration strategies to achieve ROI and brand presence.
Budgeting & Costing Manage and optimise budgets to deliver against business objectives.
Brand Ensure integration of A&G, Virseker & Partnerships media strategy with the overall brand strategy.
Stakeholder Engagement Manage stakeholders up to C-suite level, leading engagement plans and collaboration with Marketing Managers.
Customer Relationship Management Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
Contract Management Oversee media buying and partner relationships; negotiate service-level agreements.
Continuous Improvement Implement innovation processes and stay up to date with media market developments.
Performance Management Lead a diverse team, set objectives, monitor performance, and implement corrective actions.
Digital Marketing Capabilities Contribute to the digital marketing roadmap, enablement strategies, and capability building.

Education

Grade 12/ SAQA Accredited Equivalent (Essential)
Relevant 3-year Business-related degree/diploma in Commerce, Marketing, Media, or Advertising (Essential)

Experience

8-10 years experience in Media or Channel Strategy environment (Essential)
Experience in financial services (Advantageous)
3-4 years management experience (Essential)
