We are currently looking for a Senior Manager, Integrated Business Planning who will own the end-to-end demand planning process, delivering accurate forecasts that drive inventory availability, optimise working capital and support commercial growth. You will partner closely with Commercial, Marketing, Merchandising, Finance and Supply Planning teams to translate sales drivers, promotions and new product launches into a robust and actionable demand plan.This role plays a critical leadership position within the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process and will drive continuous improvement in forecasting tools, data and processes.
Own the end-to-end demand forecasting process, delivering accurate forecasts across all channels and markets.
Align commercial plans, demand forecasts, supply capacity, and financial targets, aligning external inputs with statistical forecasts
Partner cross-functionally to ensure all marketing activity, promotions and product launches are accurately embedded into the demand plan, holding stakeholders accountable for timely and high-quality inputs.
Work closely with Supply Planning to ensure optimal inventory availability while balancing working capital and obsolescence risk.
Monitor and improve key planning KPIs including forecast accuracy, bias, service levels and inventory performance.
Drive continuous improvement of forecasting processes, data quality and planning systems.
Lead and develop the Demand Planning team, building strong analytical capability and cross-functional collaboration.
Proven experience in Demand Planning or Forecasting within retail, e-commerce or FMCG.
Strong understanding of S&OP / Integrated Business Planning processes.
Highly analytical with advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
Experience working with forecasting or demand planning systems.
Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and lead planning teams.
Demonstrated leadership experience managing and developing Demand Planning teams within a fast-paced commercial environment.
