In this role on the Institutional Client Group (ICG) segment marketing team, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and contribute to a wide range of initiatives, including digital marketing efforts, industry events and conferences, social media activity, client communications, and product marketing campaigns. This role offers meaningful exposure across Fidelity Institutional and Asset Management, with the opportunity to build experience in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment while developing your marketing and segment knowledge.
This role requires strong organization and attention to detail, with the ability to support multiple projects simultaneously while managing timelines and deliverables across stakeholders.
In this role, you will:
The Institutional Segment and Solutions Marketing team is directly aligned with key business segments (in this case the Institutional Investor segment). This team develops and delivers relevant, differentiated and client centric B2B marketing programs that propel Fidelity Institutional strategic product and solution focus areas by driving prospect engagement and client adoption.
Fidelity’s Onsite Working Model
Fidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout across regions and roles. Currently, some roles and locations require 100% onsite presence, while others require less. Onsite expectations are likely to evolve as the rollout continues. This transition does not apply to fully remote roles.
