
Drive innovation and strategic growth in Enteral Nutrition & Keto. In this global role, you will lead early-stage innovation, shape business development opportunities and translate strategic priorities into actionable plans together with international cross-functional teams. This position is offered as a fixed-term contract for 12 months, with the option of extension.
Lead early-stage innovation and business development initiatives, driving new product concepts through cross-functional scoping teams to timely, high-quality decisions
Define and propose new ideas to the Innovation Board with a clear business rationale, leveraging internal expertise, market data and external innovation insights
Plan, organize and moderate global idea generation and business development workshops, including formats such as idea jams, think tanks and design thinking sessions
Identify, assess and advance new business development opportunities, including products, services, indications, lifecycle management ideas, partnerships, in-licensing and mergers & acquisitions
Drive strategic initiatives for the Business Unit Nutrition, including scenario building, category strategy support, action planning and senior management reporting
Monitor trends, markets, customer needs and competitors, and translate insights into regular reports and financial business plans for senior management decisions
Build strong internal and external networks and contribute to the continuous improvement of innovation and business development processes, guidelines and training materials
University degree in natural sciences, preferably nutritional science, food engineering or food technology; an MBA or degree in business administration is an advantage
At least five years of professional experience in innovation management, business development, project or program management in clinical nutrition, consumer healthcare, FMCG, biotech or related industries on a global scale
Profound knowledge of the consumer healthcare market or pharmaceutical industry, ideally within clinical nutrition
Strong skills in identifying and structuring business opportunities, moderating workshops across hierarchy levels and leading discussions toward clear decisions
Experience in developing financial business plans and working confidently with financial, market, trend and competitor data
Excellent communication, presentation, conflict and stakeholder management skills in an international matrix environment
Entrepreneurial mindset, strong business acumen, analytical strength, creativity, intercultural competence and a structured, result-oriented working style
Very good MS Office skills, digital affinity and proficiency in written and spoken English
