Job Description

• Manage end-to-end Joiner–Mover–Leaver (JML) access processes
• Ensure timely fulfilment of access requests as per defined SLAs
• Oversee daily BAU operations of the IDAM platform
• Coordinate with HR, IT, business teams and application owners
• Manage IAM vendor support and service delivery
• Ensure compliance with audit, ITGC and access governance requirements
• Review access reports, exceptions and periodic certifications
• Handle escalations related to access issues
• Maintain SOPs and support continuous process improvements

Qualifications & Experience:

• 8–12 years of experience in IT Operations
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Identity & Access Management operations
• Good understanding of Active Directory / Azure AD
• Good understanding of IDAM Architecture.
• Exposure to IAM / IGA tools
• Knowledge of audit, compliance and access control concepts
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
• Graduate / Post Graduate in IT, Computer Science or equivalent
