We are hiring a Senior Manager - Information Technology to drive our digital transformation and enhance business processes with innovative AI solutions.
Provide the overall technology vision, supporting process redesign initiatives aligned with Group’s digital transformation strategy, including AI adoption
Serve as a strategic business partner, collaborating with senior executives and key stakeholders to identify business process improvement, validate requirements, and drive AI adoption across teams/Business Units
Research, evaluate, and champion innovative technologies and initiatives, including chatbots, knowledge management solutions, AI Agent, agentic processes and system integration
Collaborate closely with IT infrastructure and security teams to define technical requirements and develop solution architectures, where applicable
Lead the design and governance of system architecture blueprint, ensuring compliance with corporate standards and industry best practices
Minimum of 10-15 years' relevant experience in business system and digital transformation, with at least 5-7 years in a leadership or management role
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline
Solid business acumen with hands-on experience in delivering AI projects on enterprise platforms (e.g. AWS, OpenAI/ChatGPT, Microsoft, Google, Feishu)
Proven experience in enterprise-grade systems, including real estate management systems and/or ERP systems, with a strong track record in data transformation and system integration projects
Strong negotiation, consensus-building, and stakeholder management skills with a proven ability to engage with internal customers, senior executives, and technical teams
Excellent interpersonal skills with fluent verbal and written communication in both English and Chinese
