Job Purpose *

Manage the daily operation of the MY – SG Operations CAD Section

Key Responsibilities *

• Managing the daily activity of the Section and to comply with the regulatory requirement, policies, procedures and guidelines
• Co-ordinate internal processes and ensures the agreed levels with clients are met
• Pro-actively contribute to improve efficiency, productivity and quality
• Communicate effectively with internal and external customer
• Ensuring the security standard is maintained
• To highlight to HOD on any discrepancy on the equipment, system and the related issues that may affect the daily activity
• Managing the administrative function
• Any other responsibilities/tasks as assigned by the Management from time to time.

Qualifications

(Basic Degree/Diploma etc)

• Diploma or Degree in any discipline. (Accounting/Finance/Business/Economics/Financial Engineering)
