Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  1. Plan, manage and monitoring the operation of Statement Cards Vendor Services
  2. Monitor the BAU operation & Outsource vendors comply to the SLA
  3. Monitor the daily/ monthly reports are prepared and submitted on time
  4. Conduct Monthly Operational Meeting with the Business unit,Courier vendors and Outsource vendors
  5. Managing complaint / incident which related to outsource vendors
  6. Investigate by requesting incident report from outsource vendors
  7. Participate as Subject Matter Expert if there tender exercise / contract extension/ contract renewal related to Outsource Service Provider/ Courier vendor/ Stationery vendor
  8. Contract management – Review addendum, proposal & agreement
  9. Managing any observation/ finding report
  10. Plan & manage the departments budget
  11. Managing replenishment, charge out & reconciliation of postages related
  12. Developing and sustaining long standing relationships with company approved vendors
  13. Perform as functional bridge amongst external vendors as well as internal stakeholders
  14. Ensure due diligence, risk assessment and continuing vendor monitoring are being accomplished
  15. Help and coordinate vendor processes and methods to approve vendors
  16. Ensure to track, measure, report and evaluate vendor performance
  17. Troubleshoot vendor related problems and present to management as required
  18. Identify and implement continually enhance efficiencies associated with vendor management
  19. Prepare processes as well as manage analysis, selection and transition
  20. Monitor contractual agreements for all vendors
  21. Support to explore expansion across new business lines
  22. Proactively identifies issues and emerging risks and takes swift action to resolve.

  1. Ensures all operation proceses are in compliance with Group, local and regional regulations
  2. Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements external & internal auditors.
