
Pay Range: $144,000/yr. – $173,000/yr. based on experience and qualifications
The Senior Manager, Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a strategic advisor to our corporate leadership and a trusted advocate for employees within a 400+ person manufacturing organization. This role partners closely with business leaders to align people’s strategies with business objectives, building a culture of accountability, performance, and engagement.
The Senior Manager plays a critical role in organizational transformation, workforce strategy, and talent development, while ensuring employee relations practices are fair, consistent, and compliant. The HRBP operates with both a strategic mindset and a hands-on approach, supporting leaders as coach, consultant, and change agent in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
