The Sr Manager Human Resources serves as a strategic partner to Global Business Services (GBS) leaders, aligning people strategies with business objectives to drive organizational performance and employee experience. This role partners closely with leaders to provide coaching, enhance organizational effectiveness, strengthen colleague engagement, support talent development, and lead change management initiatives.

The HRBP identifies local workforce trends, business needs, and organizational challenges, translating insights into actionable people solutions while collaborating with Centers of Excellence (COEs) to influence enterprise-wide People Plans and Actions. The role is responsible for fostering a high-performance, inclusive, and values-driven culture that supports sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with site leadership to understand business strategies and priorities and translate them into actionable HR strategies.

  • Collaborate with global Centers of Excellence (COEs) and People Services to deliver the Annual People Plan, ensuring alignment with global HR goals and local manufacturing needs.

  • Drive employee engagement initiatives tailored to the unique challenges of a GBS workforce.

  • Support leaders with coaching, talent development, and succession planning to build leadership capability and team effectiveness.

  • Facilitate performance management processes to foster a high-performance culture.

  • Lead site workforce planning and resource management to ensure optimal staffing levels.

  • Collaborate with ER CoE on employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary processes in compliance with Philippines labor regulations.

  • Promote inclusion and wellbeing initiatives, leveraging global programs adapted to local context.

Experience:

  • Experience supporting shared services, GBS, SSC, BPO, or multinational organizations preferred.

  • Strong track record of driving transformation and change in complex, matrixed organizations.

  • Ability to operate as a true business partner with a growth mindset.

  • Prior exposure to global HR operating models and collaboration with COEs and People Services.

  • International experience outside Philippines is advantageous.

Education & Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of Philippines labor laws and employment practices

  • Expertise in HR processes including performance management, organization design, talent & succession planning, employee engagement, total rewards, and wellbeing.

  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to influence multiple stakeholders in a matrix environment.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.

  • Experience leading HR projects and applying data-driven decision-making.

  • With at least 10 years of relevant experience

Work Conditions

  • This role will have a day shift schedule

  • We have a hybrid setup and we work on-site for three times per week
