Job Description

The Senior Manager, HRIS & People Analytics is a hands-on HRIS leader responsible for delivering the company’s HRIS transition and supporting ongoing system operations and analytics. This role oversees system configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and reporting, while partnering with HR, IT, Finance, and external service partners to ensure successful implementation and long-term effectiveness. The role also owns day-to-day HRIS operations, maintenance, continuous improvement, and system scalability to support the company’s evolving business needs.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end Workday transition project, including planning, implementation, testing, deployment, and post-go-live stabilization.

• Oversee ongoing Workday operations, maintenance, enhancements, and continuous improvement in partnership with HR, IT, and service providers.

• Partner with stakeholders to analyze business needs and translate them into Workday requirements and configuration changes.

• Manage Workday integrations with other business systems, ensuring data integrity, security, and seamless data flow.

• Support day-to-day Workday operations, including issue resolution, system audits, upgrades, and scheduled maintenance activities.

• Develop and maintain Workday system documentation, user guides, and training materials; deliver end-user support and enablement sessions.

• Build and leverage Workday-based global HR and people analytics capabilities to support workforce planning and data-driven decision-making.

• Design and maintain Workday dashboards, reports, metrics, and analytics for all levels of management, translating data into actionable business insights.

• Ensure data accuracy, governance, compliance, and continuous improvement in Workday system performance and user experience.

• Support HR technology budgeting, forecasting, and cost control related to Workday implementation, vendor management, and ongoing operations.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.

• 6+ years of experience in HR technology / HRIS roles, including at least 4 years of hands-on Workday configuration, administration, and support in a global environment.

• Strong understanding of HR processes (e.g., talent acquisition, compensation, HCM, and performance management).

• Proven experience managing multiple projects and priorities in a global or matrix environment.

• Hands-on experience with Workday reporting and analytic, including dashboard development and data visualization.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. And excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience partnering across HR, IT, Finance, and external partners.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUPs, analysis/modeling).

Preferred Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience managing Workday programs in a global organization.

• Broader exposure to Workday modules such as Advanced Compensation, Learning and Talent.

• Experience with BIRT (Business Intelligence and Reporting Tools) for custom report formatting within Workday.

• PMP or equivalent project management certification.

• Experience with HR data integrations, system audits, or data migration projects.

• Strong data analytics skills, Strong understanding of HR compliance and data governance best practices.

• Fluent communication and interpersonal skills. Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and cross-culture leadership

• Result-driven, able to translate strategy into execution.
