We are looking for our a Senior Manager HR Process Excellence & Enablement BIOS Group (m/w/d) in our location in Bremen or Ettlingen.

Responsibilities

HR Process Optimization

  • Define, implement, and continuously optimize global standard HR processes across the employee lifecycle.
  • Ensure alignment of regional HR processes with corporate HR standards, governance, and compliance requirements.
  • Drive adoption of standard processes across regions while balancing legal, cultural, and operational needs.

M&A Handling from an HR Perspective

  • Ensuring M&A integration activities from an HR process perspective, including due diligence, target-state definition, and post‑merger integration.
  • Coordinate the assessment of existing HR processes of acquired entities and define integration into global standards.
  • Working closely and coordinating with regional and local HR, HR Transformation & Digitalization, Corporate HR, IT, Finance, and Legal during M&A phases.
  • Ensure rapid stabilization while enabling long‑term standardization and scalability

Regional Setup & Corporate Alignment

  • Aligning regional HR setups with Corporate HR strategy, standards, and operating models.
  • Act as a key interface between Regional HR, Corporate HR, and other global stakeholders.
  • Support regions in adopting standardized processes while ensuring business continuity.
  • Enable transparency and consistency across regions through clear roles, responsibilities, and governance.

Global Performance & Incentive Processes

  • Further develop global standard HR processes related to: SIP (Short Term Incentive Plan), Service Bonus and comparable reward frameworks (e.g. Annual Equity Program, Compensation Cycle, etc.)
  • Work in close partnership with Global HR Business Partners to ensure business relevance, fairness, and market alignment.
  • Ensure process consistency, governance, and auditability across regions and entities.

Cost Controlling & HR Financial Impact

  • Drive cost transparency and cost controlling related to HR processes and structures. Closely collaborate with: Corporate IT, BSC / Shared Services cost controlling, Finance and Corporate Controlling

Collaboration with Director HR Digital Transformation & Analytics

  • Work in close partnership with HR Digital Transformation & Analytics to align: Process design and standardization, system capabilities and HRIS solutions, automation and digital enablement, ensure that standardized HR processes are effectively supported by HR systems and data models.
  • Act as the process counterpart in digital transformation and HRIS roadmap initiatives.

Qualifications

What you bring

  • A university degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Finance, or a comparable field
  • At least 8 years of experience in HR or HR process management in an international organization
  • Strong expertise in designing, standardizing, and continuously improving global HR processes
  • Practical experience in HR-related M&A integration and organizational transformation
  • A solid understanding of HR governance, operating models, incentive processes, and cost controlling
  • Experience collaborating with Works Councils and international stakeholders
  • First leadership experience and the ability to drive complex global initiatives
  • Excellent German and strong English communication skills (min. C1 Level)
