As the Senior Manager, Hotels, you will play a key role in delivering commercial outcomes across the Qantas and Jetstar Hotels portfolio, with a strong focus on partnership management.

You will combine strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, using market insights and industry expertise to identify growth opportunities, prioritise initiatives and drive revenue growth. Working closely with the Senior Commercial Manager, Hotels & Holidays and the Head of Hotels & Holidays, you’ll hold end-to-end ownership of the P&L, overseeing campaign execution and ensuring strong commercial outcomes. A key part of the role will involve managing day-to-day partnership performance, ensuring our partnerships are aligned to business priorities, commercially sound, and deliver long-term value.

You’ll be responsible for ensuring compelling offers and hotels are brought to market, driving onsite e-commerce growth and merchandising initiatives, with a strong focus on measuring performance and continuously optimising results. You’ll collaborate closely across Product, Digital, Marketing and Data & Analytics.

You’ll have –

  • 10+ years’ experience in the travel, airline or OTA industry, with strong commercial exposure
  • Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to influence decisions including pricing, product and performance strategy
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving capability, with the ability to translate insights into action
  • Strong understanding of market trends and competitive landscape
  • Experience working cross-functionally in complex cross-functional environments
  • A proactive, outcomes-focused approach with the ability to operate effectively in a lean, fast-paced team
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and challenge constructively
  • Experience in financial performance management and planning
  • Exposure to digital product environments and agile ways of working
