As Senior Manager Hearing Performance, you will shape how Sonova’s next generation of hearing instruments perform and sound in the real world. You will lead a team of hearing performance engineers and Functional Experts and take end-to-end ownership of translating cutting-edge algorithmic innovation into measurable end-user benefit and outstanding sound experiences.
Working at the intersection of audiology, signal processing, deep learning and system integration, you will turn strategy into execution, guide innovation from early concepts through to productization, and bring together experts across R&D and Marketing.
