Job Purpose: You will manage the operational delivery and performance analysis for Esports World Cup (EWC) and Esports Nations Cup (ENC) content distribution across global platforms. You will serve as the primary point of contact for platform partnerships, oversee vendor execution of technical delivery workflows, and provide data-driven insights to optimize audience reach and engagement. You will lead partnership coordination with streaming platforms and broadcasters, commission and interpret viewership analytics, and ensure seamless operational execution through effective vendor and stakeholder management.
Serve as the primary operational contact for platform partnerships with YouTube, Twitch, and other streaming and broadcast partners, managing day-to-day coordination and relationship health.
Structure and negotiate partnership agreements for content distribution, including usage rights, promotional commitments, technical requirements, and performance expectations.
Commission viewership and performance analytics from internal or external resources, define requirements for data collection and reporting infrastructure.
Interpret distribution performance data to identify optimization opportunities, audience trends, and platform-specific insights for leadership decision-making.
Present data-driven recommendations to the Director on platform prioritization, content strategy adjustments, and distribution resource allocation.
Oversee vendor execution of technical signal delivery, transmission workflows, content feeds, transcoding, and metadata management for live and on-demand distribution.
Manage vendor performance against service level agreements, ensuring quality, compliance, and timely resolution of delivery issues.
Coordinate with internal production and content teams to align distribution timelines, format specifications, and content delivery schedules.
Ensure all distributed content meets technical standards, quality benchmarks, and regional compliance requirements across territories.
Manage rights clearance processes, ensuring proper handling of content ownership, licensing constraints, and territory restrictions.
Oversee redundancy, backup, and contingency measures to safeguard live transmission reliability and minimize broadcast disruption risk.
Maintain comprehensive documentation of distribution processes, technical specifications, vendor contacts, and operational runbooks.
Support the Director in budget tracking, vendor invoice reconciliation, and operational planning for distribution activities.
5-7 years of experience in digital media operations, platform partnerships, or content distribution, preferably within esports, sports, or live entertainment. Strong preference for candidates with direct experience managing relationships with digital platforms such as YouTube, Twitch, or OTT services.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in media technology, content distribution, or a related field.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret viewership data, identify trends, and translate findings into actionable business insights.
Proven ability to commission and manage analytics projects, defining data requirements and working with technical resources to deliver reporting solutions.
Experience managing vendor relationships and holding external partners accountable to performance commitments and service level agreements.
Demonstrated ability to manage platform partnerships in a collaborative, non-sales context, focusing on mutual value creation and operational excellence.
Solid understanding of digital streaming technologies, OTT platforms, and live broadcast delivery concepts without requiring hands-on technical execution.
Excellent organizational and project coordination skills, with a focus on process documentation, stakeholder alignment, and operational reliability.
Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of distilling complex data into clear executive summaries and strategic recommendations.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional, and international environment with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
Knowledge of content rights management, metadata workflows, and compliance requirements across global territories is a plus.
