What’s the role?
The GTS Business Controls and Monitoring (BCM) Team provides risk advice and BAU support across the GTS business, working closely with Enabling Functions including Technology, Operations and Group Functions. This role primarily focuses on the GTS Domestic Payments & Liquidity and Client Engagement portfolios. Domestic Payments enables customers to transfer funds between individuals, businesses and institutions in Australian dollars. The team oversees day-to-day payment activity, while driving innovation and platform upgrades to enhance automation and efficiency.
You will perform thematic analysis and quality assurance reviews to generate predictive insights, with a focus on issues, incidents, product changes, product risk reviews and control transformation through effective issue remediation, supporting continuous improvement, risk reduction and strengthened governance.
