We’re looking for a Senior Manager, Growth Operations & Merchant Enablement. Could it be you?
At Flexiti, we are in a phase of rapid scale. To support this, we are looking for a leader to own the merchant lifecycle from the moment a deal is signed through to full activation and ongoing success.
You will lead a team responsible for revamping our training strategy, optimizing our Salesforce environment, and ensuring our "Go-to-Market" (GTM) engine is frictionless. This is a role for a leader who is equally comfortable architecting a multi-channel training program as they are rolling up their sleeves. 1. Merchant Training & Onboarding Strategy
• The "First 90 Days": Own the merchant experience for the first three months at Flexiti, ensuring a world-class onboarding journey that reduces "time to first transaction."
• Strategy Revamp: Overhaul existing training documentation and introduce modern, scalable learning tools, including high-quality video content and interactive modules.
• Onboarding Process 2.0: Lead the migration of merchant onboarding in a Flexiti 2.0 world, establishing a "Control Tower" for cross-functional visibility, scale, and a best in class merchant experience.
2. Sales Enablement & Salesforce Strategy & AI
• Salesforce Leadership: Act as the strategic lead for Salesforce, managing current state assessments and architecting future-state workflows for contract management and account management.
• Technical Oversight: Provide guidance on Salesforce "coding" and logic to ensure the system supports the sales team’s needs without creating technical debt.
• SOP Management: Lead the establishment and cleanup of SOPs, moving away from fragmented systems into a centralized, governed environment.
• AI Native: You don't just use AI — you build with it. You can speak to real examples of workflows or tools you've created or experimented with, and you bring that same curiosity and initiative into every role you take on.
3. Flexiti 2.0
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Partner with PM, Implementation, Marketing, Product, and Risk to coordinate the launch and training of new initiatives and products
4. People Leadership
• Manage, mentor, and grow a team of operations and enablement professionals.
• Foster a culture of excellence—balancing high-level strategic thinking with a willingness to execute on the granular details.

• Experienced Leader: You have 5-8+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Enablement, or Merchant Success
• The "Architect": You have a proven track record of building or revamping training and onboarding programs in a B2B or FinTech environment.
• Tech-Savvy: You lean into AI tooling, are comfortable with and willing to explore tools to improve workflows.
• Merchant-Centric: You have spent time in client or merchant-facing roles and understand how to translate complex internal processes into a seamless customer experience.
• Execution-Focused: You don’t just build the slide deck; you stay to help build the process. You are comfortable navigating ambiguity and "cleaning up" legacy systems.
Compensation Information:
• Base salary range: $140,000 - $160,000
• The final compensation package will be commensurate with the successful candidate's experience, skills, and geographic location (Canada). It includes a comprehensive benefits plan and a competitive incentive (bonus) program for Full-Time Permanent roles.
