Job Description

The Senior Manager, Global Finance Managed Services Commercial Performance will lead commercial oversight, and performance analytics for WSP’s global finance managed services partnerships.

Key responsibilities

Managed services commercial performance management

  • Own the managed services performance analytics for global finance managed services, including operating reviews, quarterly business reviews, issue tracking, escalations, decision logs, and value realization reporting.
  • Performance analytics and service insights
  • Build analytics across ticket volumes, seasonality, backlog, aging, handling time and quality.
  • Drive actionable insights for key stakeholders.
  • Identify trends, root causes, risks, and improvement opportunities.

Continuous improvement and value realization

  • Partner with Accenture and WSP service delivery leads to identify and track opportunities for automation, standardization, process simplification, and productivity improvement.
  • Monitor quality, timeliness, productivity, cost, stakeholder experience, and service stability.
  • Stakeholder partnership
  • Build effective working relationships with GFS leadership, regional finance teams, and Accenture delivery leads. Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders.

Required experience and capabilities

Experience

  • 10+ years of experience in finance operations, shared services, BPO governance, managed services, vendor management, outsourcing, finance transformation, or service delivery management.
  • Strong understanding of finance processes such as Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Billing, Project Finance Operations, or Record-to-Report.
  • Experience with SLA/KPI frameworks, vendor scorecards, operational reviews, contract governance, issue management, commercial analysis, and performance reporting.
  • Experience working in a global, matrixed organization with regional stakeholders and offshore delivery partners.

Technical and analytical skills

  • Strong analytical and commercial acumen, with the ability to interpret service data, identify trends, and connect operational performance, contract terms, pricing models, productivity, and financial outcomes into executive-level
  • insights.

Leadership and stakeholder skills

  • Strong executive communication skills, including the ability to summarize complex operational topics clearly.
  • Strong facilitation resolution, escalation management, organization, and prioritization skills.

Preferred qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. CPA, MBA would be an asset.
  • Experience with global outsourced finance operations.

Compensation

Expected Salary (all locations): $110,500- $179,300

WSP USA is providing the compensation range that the company in good faith believes it might pay and offer for this position, based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities in addition to internal equity and specific geographic location. WSP USA reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and offer additional benefits and other compensation, depending on circumstances not related to an applicant’s sex or other status protected by local, state, and/or federal law.

Expected Salary (Colorado only): $110,500 - $168,100

WSP USA reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and offer additional benefits and other compensation, depending on circumstances not related to an applicant’s sex or other status protected by local, state, and/or federal law.
