As Group Tax Reporting and Compliance Senior Manager, Global Tax – EMEA, you will deliver best practice corporate tax compliance and US GAAP group tax reporting across an expanding EMEA region.
Reporting directly to the EMEA Tax Director, you will have an exposure across the region and group, and the opportunity to contribute to complex, high‑profile tax projects within a global organization. You will work in hybrid model with 2 days at office.
Responsibilities:
Deliver the US GAAP quarterly and year‑end income tax provision for the EMEA region, including preparation and maintenance of supporting documentation working with the US Tax Reporting team and the EMEA Tax team.
Manage the co-sourcing KPMG service contract, specifically the US management team and 25 Local firms. Work with EMEA Finance to ensure the timely and accurate filing of corporate income tax returns, payments, and related submissions. Additionally, manage tax audits and enquiries.
Manage withholding tax compliance across the EMEA region, working with Group Treasury and EMEA finance ensuring consistency and adherence to local regulatory requirements.
Manage Pillar 2 reporting for the EMEA region.
Support the implementation and continuous improvement of best‑practice tax processes, with care for the requirements of a public company environment.
Promote a collaborative, trust‑based team culture
Qualifications:
5+ years Experience in an accounting practice (Big 4 or Mid-Tier) and within a large multinational.
Experience working in/with a large multinational group.
Able to work independently, flexibly and collaboratively in a global environment.
Communicates in a clear and concise manner.
Proficient in SAP, OneSource Tax Compliance experience
Group reporting experience required; VAT and transfer pricing experience
We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. The gross base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be 26,750 to 33,433 PLN gross per month. In addition to the base pay, this role may be eligible for incentive pay based on company and individual performance.
