What you'll do

  • You own and further develop Knauf’s global Performance and Succession Management frameworks as the conceptual architect, ensuring strategic clarity, scalability and long‑term robustness

  • You design and drive the global succession roadmap for top leadership and key positions through defining global key roles, success profiles, career paths and succession readiness assessments, with the ambition to scale these concepts into the Business Areas

  • You act as Product Owner for Talent in SAP SuccessFactors and translate conceptual requirements into system design, roadmaps and prioritisation decisions, ensuring that technology enables high‑quality succession and performance decisions globally

  • You serve as a thought partner to Group People, HR Leads and senior leaders globally, shaping strategic discussions on performance, potential and succession

  • You ensure that global standards are applied consistently across regions, balancing strategic intent with local applicability while avoiding framework dilution

Who you are

  • You have exceptional conceptual strength in Talent, Performance and Succession Management and are able to design clear, decision‑oriented global frameworks that work across different geographies and maturity levels

  • You demonstrate proven experience in global succession or leadership‑related roles, ideally in a complex, multinational environment with exposure to senior leadership and key position succession

  • You show a strong Product Owner mindset with SAP SuccessFactors Talent expertise and understand how strategy, process and system design connect and can confidently define priorities, scope and roadmap decisions

  • You are a strategic thinker with pragmatic execution capability - you think ahead, but ensure concepts translate into tangible, practical and usable outcomes

  • You can challenge constructively, hold conceptual lines, and communicate complex ideas with clarity and authority towards different senior stakeholders
