Support the financial management and governance of the Sandisk Joint Ventures (JV) and Japan manufacturing operations. Serve as the primary finance liaison for day-to-day engagement with JV partner and support operational finance activities including manufacturing cost reporting, forecasting, capital governance, fixed assets, treasury operations, government subsidy administration, audit support, and financial compliance.
Partner closely with JV Finance (US Operations), Fab Operations, Engineering, Accounting, Tax, Treasury, and JV partner stakeholders to ensure accurate financial reporting, adherence to internal controls, and effective execution of financial processes.
A hands-on finance leader with strong operational finance experience and the ability to manage complex financial processes in a manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will excel at coordination, governance, compliance, and stakeholder management while leading a small team and supporting effective collaboration between Sandisk and JV partner organizations.
