The Global Operational Excellence Performance Lead owns the definition, governance, target-setting, and performance improvement agenda for Kraft Heinz’s core manufacturing KPIs: Yield, Productivity, and OEE. The role leads how these KPIs are defined, measured, interpreted, and improved across the business, with a direct connection to the AOP, 3YP, KHMS maturity, and delivery of business performance.
This role is accountable for creating a consistent and objective approach to KPI ownership across target setting, dashboard development, governance, and continuous improvement. It ensures one clear source of truth for data and interpretation, strengthens insight into losses and costs, and supports the business in delivering both short-term and long-term savings through continuous improvement initiatives and one-off projects.
Key Ingredients:
Lead the AOP and 3YP process for the core manufacturing KPIs: Yield, Productivity, and OEE
Own short- and long-term target setting, including improved ways of working, benchmarks, and models.
Own KPI definitions, ensuring consistent and aligned application across the business
Lead the development of dashboards and reporting approaches that create one source of truth for KPI data and interpretation
Develop and evolve new metrics and, provide stronger insight into losses, costs, and performance improvement opportunities
Strengthen visibility of loss and cost opportunities that can be tackled and eradicated in operations
Link KPI ownership and insight generation directly to Loss and Cost Deployment within the Leadership Pillar and other relevant KHMS pillars to improve business performance
Lead the Champion program for Yield, Productivity, and OEE, supporting the business in delivering short-term and long-term cost savings through continuous improvement initiatives and one-off projects
Establish and strengthen governance for KHMS and Continuous Improvement processes to create a more objective way of measuring maturity

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, industrial engineering, operations management, or a related field
Strong experience in manufacturing, operational excellence, engineering, or continuous improvement environments
Strong understanding of KPI definition, target setting, and performance management in operations
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable business insight
Experience building governance, routines, and ways of working that improve performance consistency at scale
Ability to lead cross-functional alignment on measures, targets, and performance priorities
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across complex, multi-site environments
Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong focus on business impact and continuous improvement

Expected Experience & Required Skills
