We're looking for a Senior Manager Global Omnichannel Distribution to shape and execute our global distribution strategy, driving omnichannel growth and optimizing channel performance. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to influence strategic decisions and make a meaningful impact on our global commercial success.

About the job:

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Define and drive the global omnichannel distribution strategy, including channel mix optimization, retail footprint development, and distribution principles to support business growth and profitability.
  • Identify and prioritize global market expansion and refurbishment opportunities, ensuring investments are directed toward the highest strategic and financial return.
  • Leverage data, market insights, and GIS/ESRI analytics to identify white spaces, evaluate market opportunities, and drive commercial performance.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders across Markets, Retail, Wholesale, Finance, Retail Architecture, and Executive Leadership to steer global distribution footprint development and investment decisions.
  • Own and govern global Retail CAPEX investments in partnership with Finance, ensuring prioritization is aligned with commercial impact, growth objectives, ROI/ROIC, and resource allocation principles.
  • Monitor network performance, key business KPIs, and investment returns, providing insights and recommendations to drive continuous improvement across markets and channels.
  • Translate complex data and business challenges into strategic recommendations, compelling business cases, and executive-level presentations for ExCo, CEO, and Board decision-making.

About you

We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Commerce, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline).
  • 8+ years in retail commercial strategy, distribution, channel or category management, planning, analytics or related global matrix roles; experience within the retail, luxury or fashion industry is a strong advantage.
  • Proven ability to frame problems in ambiguous contexts, define analytical priorities, and drive decisions with incomplete or imperfect data.
  • Strong commercial, analytical and financial acumen, supported by advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, including experience presenting to and influencing senior leadership.
  • Team-oriented, collaborative, and effective across all organizational levels and cultures.
  • Excellent English proficiency, with strong presentation and executive communication skills.
