We are now building the next chapter of our Global Marketingorganization,and this role will play a central part in shaping how weoperate, collaborate, and deliver impact at scale.In this newly created role, you will build and evolve the global marketing operating model, bringing structure, alignment, and clarity to how we plan, prioritize, and execute across markets, product teams, and leadership.

As a key strategic and operational partner to the Global Marketing Leadership Team, you will translate strategic priorities into effective operating rhythms, scalable processes, and aligned execution, enabling better decision-making and stronger business outcomes.This role goes beyond traditional marketingoperations;it is about designing and running how global marketing works.

Please note

  • Hybrid work model of three office days and two home days weekly. This position is based at LEGO System A/S Aastvej 17190 Billund, Denmark.

  • No relocation assistance is offered for this position

CoreResponsibilities

Operating across the Global Marketing organization, you will ensure that strategy translates into aligned execution and measurable impact.

Operating Model & Alignment

  • Build and evolve the Global Marketing operating model, including planning frameworks and governance

  • Align strategic priorities, OKRs, and execution across teams and geographies

  • Identifyand resolve risks, dependencies, and misalignments

Transformation & Ways of Working

  • Drive the marketing transformation agenda, improving collaboration, clarity, and efficiency

  • Simplify ways of working and embed best practices across teams

Resource & Investment Optimization

  • Enable data-driven decisions on resource allocation and prioritization

  • Provide visibility into capacity, trade-offs, and investment decisions

Cross-functional Integration

  • Strengthen alignment across Product, Marketing, and Markets to ensure seamless end-to-end execution

  • Represent Global Marketing in enterprise initiatives

Leadership Operations

  • Run leadership governance, including planning cycles, QBRs, and executive forums

  • Deliver clear insights and ensure strong follow-through on decisions and priorities

In this role, you will shape and build a global marketing operating model from the ground up, bringing structure and alignment to how teams plan, prioritize, and execute. You will work directly with senior leadership, influencing key strategic decisions, and ensuring that priorities translate into clear, coordinated action. By improving efficiency and alignment across the organization, you will drive measurable business impact whileoperatingat the intersection of strategy, execution, and organizational design. At the same time, you will be part of a global organization with a strong purpose, supported by the scale and backing of the LEGO Group.

  • Execution & Operational Leadership: Proven ability to drive complex, cross-functional initiatives from planning through to implementation, with strong attention to detail and follow-through.

  • Stakeholder Management & Influence: Experience aligning stakeholders across functions, geographies, and seniority levels, with the confidence to work closely with and influence senior leadership.

  • Process & Optimization Mindset:A track recordof improving ways of working and simplifying complexity to increase efficiency and impact.

  • Business & Commercial Acumen: Strong understanding of how marketing drives business outcomes, with the ability to connect priorities, resources, and results.

  • Collaboration & Integration: Ability to bring teams together and ensure alignment across Product, Markets, and Marketing to enable seamless execution
