Finance Services supports Financial Services, Group and some parts of Eight Roads and Canada businesses. It also includes centralized functions performed for FIL as a whole. Core activities for Financial Planning & Analysis, Financial Control and Procure to Pay are centralized with an aspiration to accelerate finance for future.
This is an exciting opportunity for a Japanese-speaking finance professional to join our Global Capability Hub (GCH), supporting our Japanese business while gaining significantly broader exposure across the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region and our global organisation.
Fluency in Mandarin, Japanese and English is an essential requirement for the role, enabling the successful candidate to build strong relationships with Japanese stakeholders and act as an important connection between the Global Capability Hub and our business in Japan.
The role provides a unique opportunity to develop experience beyond a single market. Based within the GCH in Dalian, you will work closely with stakeholders across Japan and the wider APAC region, as well as partnering with colleagues and senior stakeholders globally. This provides excellent exposure to different markets, regulatory environments, business models, products and ways of working.
The role is centred around providing subject-matter expertise across the billing and revenue process, combining finance, accounting, reporting, data and systems knowledge with a strong focus on transformation and continuous improvement. You will have exposure to customer billing KPIs, revenue processes, stakeholder management and the ongoing development and simplification of our finance processes.
Being part of the GCH also provides the opportunity to work within a growing centre of expertise, develop a broad international network, share knowledge across markets and build experience of global processes, transformation and best practice.
