We are looking for a Senior Manager, Global Accounts Receivable to lead our efforts in optimizing global cash flow and delinquency resolution. Based in Madrid with a global focus, you will lead the collections structure, overseeing operations that support our rapidly growing business. You will be responsible for driving the team toward common goals by collaborating with billing, sales, and various other internal departments.
The Role:
As the Senior Manager, Global Accounts Receivable, you will oversee the strategy for contacting past-due customers and resolving delinquency. You will empower your team to resolve customer concerns and negotiate payment arrangements that balance customer satisfaction with company financial health.
