We are looking for a Senior Manager, Paid Search who is passionate about researching and learning about GEO/ LLMO/ AI Discoverability , to join our team. Reporting intothe Director,the SeniorManagerwill bethedaily lead and implements strategy, performance of all accounts against Goals, adherence to deadlines and development of the account team.You will also manage 3 junior teammates.
You Will:
Manage ongoing optimization efforts to meet campaign goals, including daily management of campaign budgets, bid management, reporting, keyword and targeting strategies, and campaign revisions based on performance history and our client's goals.
Execute retail campaignsand traditional search campaigns, including account setup, campaign builds, daily optimization, bid strategydevelopmentand budget pacing.
Assistwith media plan creation from visual aids to detailed descriptions of partners and strategy.
Interpret performance reports to provide actionable insights and analysis.
Ensure campaigns are run toagreedupon best practiceguideline
Assistand attend both internal and external weekly calls and meetings with clients and vendors.
Collaborate across our client team and channels.
Qualifications:
4.5+ years of experience in a digital ad agency, with a focus on PPC/SEM
2+ years of managerial experience, including experience developing and mentoring a team
Complete mastery of Search Engines and third-party tools, including SA360
Profound (GEO TOOL) is a plus
Adobe
Advanced Excel skills (can maintain complex spreadsheets)
Experience developing strategy and find solutions in a client-centric environment
Project and resource management skills
Experience working with financial data and budgets
The annual salary range for this position is80- 100KPlacement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factorspermittedby law.
