  • Program Integration: Work with Delhi and state teams to embed gender-responsive design into core interventions such as Multilingual Education (MLE) and teacher training.
  • Teacher Professional Development: Collaborate on designing gender equity belief modules to shift classroom practices and develop diagnostic tools for instructional patterns.
  • Evidence and Research: Oversee a gender-disaggregated evidence architecture and produce knowledge products like policy briefs and case studies for governments and funders.
  • External Partnerships: Build and maintain partnerships with leading gender organizations, UN agencies, and research institutions to amplify advocacy efforts.
  • Program Management: Own the end-to-end management of the gender workstream, including annual planning, budgeting, implementation oversight, and donor reporting.

  • Policy Influence: Demonstrated experience influencing government policy or program design at the state or national level.
  • Research Skills: Ability to design gender-disaggregated evidence frameworks and interpret both qualitative and quantitative data.
  • Language: Fluency in both English and Hindi is required.
