Riot Games was established in 2006 by entrepreneurial gamers who believe that player-focused development leads to exceptional games. In 2009, Riot released its debut title League of Legends to critical and player acclaim. Since then, Riot has expanded its portfolio and studios globally, continuing to create games that inspire and connect players around the world.
That’s where you come in.
As a Senior Manager, Game Production for one of Riot’s Unpublished R&D products, you’ll lead the production effort in our Singapore studio, orchestrating the local development team and ensuring strong alignment with the senior game leadership based in Los Angeles. You’ll be the team captain responsible for translating the game’s creative vision into clear, actionable plans, maintaining the health of both the collaboration and the local production organization.
Your role is to foster a cohesive, high-performing team environment where creative excellence and operational discipline meet. You’ll drive delivery predictability, strengthen cross-studio communication, and ensure that our Singapore team contributes effectively to the overall success of the project.

Since 2006, Riot Games has stayed committed to changing the way video games are developed, published, and supported for players. From our first title, League of Legends, to 2020’s VALORANT; we have strived to evolve the community with growth in Esports, and expansion from games into entertainment. Players are the foundation of Riot's community and because of them, we’re able to reach new heights.
