Job Description

As Senior Manager FP&A (m/f/d), you play a key role in driving financial transparency and business performance across our Nutrition business. You transform complex financial data into actionable insights and help shape modern, data-driven decision-making in an international environment. In this role, you work closely with finance and business stakeholders and actively contribute to the ongoing development of our reporting landscape.

Your Responsibilities

• Drive monthly and quarterly P&L reporting from Sales to EBIT, as well as other key performance indicators, and provide actionable analyses and insights to improve business outcomes.

• Compile, challenge, and interpret variances and business drivers to generate insights and support performance improvement.

• Own specifically delegated business unit FP&A processes by providing tools and reports and proactively aligning planning assumptions and deviations with regional FP&A teams.

• Run selected deep-dive analyses on specific topics to support financial and operational decision-making.

• Actively contribute to the modernization and automation of financial reporting tools to strengthen data-driven decision-making across the business unit.

• Partner with Controlling Nutrition and cross-functional stakeholders to modernize reporting tools and enhance the usability and scope of the existing reporting landscape, especially SAP Analytics Cloud and other dashboards.

• Develop and share expertise in the global planning solution SAP Analytics Cloud and collaborate with project and local teams to implement new features.

• Act as back-up for and actively support the Senior Director Controlling Nutrition in critical recurring business tasks.

• Support selected business unit topics as well as CFO-related projects.

Your Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or an equivalent discipline.

• 5+ years of experience in FP&A or controlling within an international company; exposure to Pharma or Nutrition is a strong advantage.

• Strong conceptual, analytical, and problem-solving skills, combined with solid business acumen and a proactive, can-do mindset.

• Strong communication skills.

• Proficiency in reporting and analytics, including BI tools such as SAP BW, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), and Analysis for Office, as well as SAP CO/Controlling, advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and dashboarding solutions.

• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken, along with an international mindset and strong collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills.

• Ability to perform under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
