This is an opportunity to join the Land and Air Defense (LADS) Mission Area supporting Global Patriot as a Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Senior Manager (M5). In this fast-paced role you will be responsible for overseeing at a regional level the entire forecasting process by working closely with your team as well as regional & functional finance leaders.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a complex & high-profile program area. This role will allow for high visibility during various monthly & quarterly reviews to LADs Leadership as well as Regional Program Area & Functional Leadership Teams.

What You Will Do

  • Oversee forecasting process at a regional level including month end close deliverables. Ensuring accuracy & completeness of data.

  • Support the organization through various weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual routines including the following: Annual Operating Plan (AOP), Long Range Plan (LRP), Investment Planning, Monthly Operation Reviews, Monthly Forecast Reviews, and Balance Sheet Reviews.

  • Manage and analyze large amounts of data from various sources in support of various requests

  • Support frequent ad-hoc requests

Qualifications You Must Have

  • Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related business field & a minimum of 10 years prior relevant experience; OR an Advanced degree in a related field and minimum 7 years prior relevant experience

  • Experience with APEX, RPlan, or a similar toolset

  • Experience with Microsoft Excel

  • Experience briefing financials to various levels of management

Qualifications We Prefer

  • Financial Planning & Analysis Experience

  • Ability to meet critical deadlines while multitasking and managing workload requirements

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with ability to effectively communicate with various functions and levels of management.

  • Experience with large, complex programs and strong attention to detail with ability to analyze complex financial scenarios

  • Experience interfacing with various functional disciplines

The salary range for this role is 132,400 USD - 251,600 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
