About this role

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Product Management Manager accountable for delivery and execution across the Deposits portfolio supporting strategic transformation initiatives. This role will lead product execution, business analysis, testing oversight, business readiness, and change readiness activities to ensure successful delivery of Deposits capabilities and customer outcomes.

In this role, you will:

  • Manage and develop teams of product professionals and business analysts, supporting the execution of product strategy and delivery objectives within the Deposits organization.
  • Engage and influence stakeholders, internal partners, and peers across Product, Technology, Operations, Risk, and Change Management.
  • Identify and recommend opportunities to improve delivery effectiveness, operational readiness, and customer experience within the Deposits portfolio.
  • Determine appropriate strategies and actions to meet moderate to high-risk deliverables and business commitments.
  • Interpret and develop policies, procedures, and governance practices supporting product delivery and modernization efforts.
  • Collaborate with and influence professionals at all organizational levels, including senior leaders.
  • Manage allocation of people and financial resources to ensure commitments are met and aligned to strategic priorities.
  • Develop and foster a culture of talent development, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of product management, product execution, business analysis, or leadership experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of work experience, training, military experience, or education.
  • 3+ years of management experience leading product teams and/or business analysts.
  • Demonstrated experience leading delivery within Deposits, Core Banking, or large-scale banking transformation programs.
  • Strong experience managing complex dependencies, delivery risks, and stakeholder engagement in regulated financial services environments.
  • Experience driving testing, operational readiness, and implementation activities for large-scale initiatives.

Desired Qualifications

  • Significant experience in Product Management, Product Execution, Business Execution, or Banking Transformation programs.
  • Deep understanding of Deposits products, Core Banking systems, and related operational processes.
  • Demonstrated ownership of enterprise testing, business readiness, and production implementation activities.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with experience coaching and developing managers, product professionals, and business analysts.
  • Executive-level communication skills and ability to influence decisions across Product, Technology, Operations, Risk, and Control partners.
  • Experience navigating large-scale transformation efforts while balancing delivery, customer impact, and risk management.

Job Expectations

  • Own end-to-end delivery outcomes for Deposits initiatives, ensuring milestones, risks, dependencies, and implementation plans are effectively managed.
  • Lead execution governance, delivery reviews, and issue resolution across business and technology teams.
  • Oversee testing strategy and execution, including business validation, end-to-end testing support, and quality readiness activities.
  • Drive business readiness and change readiness, including operational preparedness, training, communications, and implementation planning.
  • Represent delivery health, risks, and readiness in leadership, governance, and executive forums.
  • Manage and develop a team of product professionals and business analysts, building organizational capability and execution excellence.
  • Partner closely with Technology, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Change Management teams to ensure successful and compliant delivery of Deposits capabilities.
