What you will be doing:
As a Senior Manager, Flight Operations Strategy, you will sit at the intersection of aviation, strategy, transformation and execution. You will lead some of the most significant initiatives across Flight Operations and help deliver Virgin Australia’s long term strategic vision.
This is a rare opportunity for a commercially minded aviation professional, management consultant, transformation leader or strategic project executive who thrives on solving complex problems, influencing senior stakeholders and delivering meaningful change in a highly regulated operational environment.
A key focus will be leading high priority strategic initiatives and driving strategic transformation across Flight Operations, helping shape future operating models, improve performance, unlock opportunities and deliver lasting business outcomes.
