Here’s your chance to step into the role of Senior Manager – Record to Report at Dubai Holding Group Services In this position, you will oversee financial reporting, management reporting, and regulatory reporting processes while driving accuracy, efficiency, and compliance. You will play a key role in enabling value creation through continuous improvement initiatives and lead a team to deliver service excellence aligned with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in compliance with IFRS/GAAP and regulatory requirements
• Oversee financial statement preparation, disclosures, and multi-entity consolidation processes
• Drive management reporting, including variance analysis, dashboards, and insights for senior leadership
• Ensure compliance with regulatory reporting requirements and coordinate with external auditors
• Strengthen financial governance, internal controls, and risk management frameworks (including SOX compliance where applicable)
• Identify and implement process improvements, automation opportunities, and reporting efficiencies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (I2P, O2C, Treasury, Audit, etc.) to ensure data accuracy and alignment
• Act as an escalation point for critical reporting issues and ensure timely resolution
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 5–7 professionals, fostering a high-performance and customer-centric culture
• Support strategic initiatives and transformation projects within the Finance shared services function

About You:

The preferred candidate for this role should possess the following experience and credentials:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CA / CPA / ACCA preferred

• 7+ years of experience in financial reporting, general ledger, and financial close processes

• Strong knowledge of IFRS/GAAP, financial controls, and governance frameworks

• Experience in finance shared services and exposure to multi-entity environments

• Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage teams and stakeholders effectively

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Experience in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle Fusion, or Workday

• Familiarity with tools such as BlackLine, ARCS, RPA, or AI-driven analytics is an advantage

• Experience in the Middle East region is preferred
