
A successfulFP&A and Investment Management Senior Manager is one who can efficiently gather and communicate insightsinthe areas of Financial Planning for the Franchises & Operating Unit.
Focus, Scope, & Impact:
Responsible for performing and executing the Operating Unit Franchise(s) financial planning and performance management processes
Partner with Franchise Operation Finance, Franchise SR, RGM team and PS team to perform and execute the Business Plan, RE and Business Performance at the Franchise level, securing alignment with multiple stakeholders and developing relevant insights including:
Provide key inputs to theBusiness Insights Team to derive & provide local business plan insights & assumptions
Lead theP&lscenario management processproviding criticalinputsto management for decision makingPrepare forecasts for the Marketing spends ensuring proper allocation of the spends with in the sublimit of the spends
Run Product cost analysis breaking down the cost components andprovidekey insightstothe changing variables under each BOMs
Lead and supportCategory growth/ industry growth/Externalities analytics
Ensure complete controlcompliancestothe policies governing the marketingspends
Lead the innovation financial process ensuringtimelypreparation, presentation of the new products from a 360 view.
Prepare and provide insights on shadow costing P&Lsand analytics on the competitive product baskets.
Prepare presentation material for Actual / Rolling Estimate presentations to Franchise Operations Leads, Franchise Finance Team.
Provide insights toanticipateRisks & Opportunities to the Franchise(s) P&L to Franchise Operations Finance to ensure target achievements
Review and analyzefinancialdata (Actual Results, Rolling Estimate, Business Plan, Brand Contribution, Operating Income, etc.).
Partner with Platform Services to ensure proper reporting of P&Ls and to drive operating effectiveness within the Operating Unit by improving data,toolsand processes
Ensure hygiene and reconciliation of all the internalcontrol accounts.
Support the digitization agenda to automate manual tasks and fullutilizationof all thedigital and AI tools.
Beyond the above-mentionedresponsibilitiesthe role willbe alsopart of a dynamic,flexibleand agile talent pool, focused on the highest priority initiatives in Planning, CompetitiveAnalysisand Insights area.
Knowledge & Experience
8years of experience in financial planning &analysis,commercialfinance, category financeroleswithatleast4 years ofleading one of these domains.
Solid understanding of P&L, varianceanalysisand R&O, with proven ability to generate, represent,communicateand discuss insights as well as to work in a diverse cultural environment and practice curiosity.
Provenknowledge &experienceindigitization witha focuson digitizing operational taskutilizing tools and AI.
