This transformation is focused on strengthening financial transparency and enabling high‑ quality, value‑ based decision‑ making across the organization. The Senior Manager, Finance Transformation translates finance transformation priorities into structured initiatives and delivered outcomes. Operating across the full lifecycle from initiative formulation to value realization, the role ensures transformation efforts are clearly defined, executable, and deliver tangible business impact. The role partners with business, finance, and digital stakeholders to drive execution, adoption, and value realization, ensuring momentum and alignment across transformation priorities.
