Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Business Finance professional to lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, MIS reporting, compliance, and audit management for the organization.

What you can look forward to as Senior Manager – Finance: FP&A (M/F/D)

• Drive budgeting, forecasting, annual operating plans, and financial reviews.
• Perform variance analysis (Actual vs Budget, Actual vs Forecast, Month-on-Month).
• Manage month-end closing and financial reporting activities.
• Prepare periodic MIS reports and track business KPIs.
• Lead division controlling and provide financial insights to support decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with SEZ, STPI, GST, and Softex requirements.
• Coordinate and manage statutory audits, including interactions with Big 4 audit firms (KPMG, Deloitte, PwC, EY).
• Handle large data sets and perform financial analysis using advanced Excel.
• Work with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Navision.
• Develop and support reporting dashboards using Power BI (preferred).

Your Profile as Senior Manager – Finance: FP&A (M/F/D)

• Qualified CA with 12-15 years of relevant experience
• Strong experience in Business Finance, FP&A, Financial Controlling, Budgeting, and Forecasting.
• People Management experience
• Advanced Excel skills and experience handling large volumes of data.
• Knowledge of ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Navision.
• Strong understanding of statutory compliance and audit processes.
• Excellent analytical, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Power BI expertise is desirable but not mandatory.
