Job Description

What are the Key Deliverables in this role?

Financial Outcomes

• Preparation of Financial statements (Standalone & Consolidated)
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting in accordance with accounting standards.
• Manage and supervise accounting function. Ensure proper accounting methods, policies and principles are followed.
• Develop and maintain effective financial control and accounting systems and policies for overall business.

Customer Service

• Work closely with all functions in improvement opportunities to optimize the processes, decrease cost & Working Capital

Optimization through innovative and transformation mindset.

• End to end coordination with statutory auditors for all requirements.

Internal Processes

• Support for digitalization and automation to effectively improve ways of working.
• Provide input for improvements in process and procedures.

What are the Critical success factors for the Role?

• CA / MBA Finance.
• At least 3 Years of experience in Corporate Finance in any FMCG / Retail/Manufacturing organisation handling similar role.
• Strong interpersonal skills, analytical thinking & cross functional collaboration.

What are the Desirable success factors for the Role?

• Ability to identify and implement process improvements to strengthen compliance and audit readiness.
• Experience in preparing compliance dashboards, trend analysis, and management reports
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, and other accounting platforms.
