Job Description

Support country central services for Supply Chain Management controlling, including financial reporting, business performance analysis, KPI tracking, budgeting and forecasting, investment evaluation, contract management, and working capital optimization. Partner with SCM leadership to drive strategic decision-making, cost optimization, operational efficiency, risk management, and continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain network. Lead financial governance, business case evaluation, and transformation initiatives to enhance business performance and support organizational objectives.

Job Responsibilities

  • Serve as strategic finance business partner to Supply Chain leadership by providing financial insights, performance analysis, and recommendations to support decision-making, operational excellence, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Prepare in-depth financial analysis, variance analysis, and management commentaries, including working capital performance, to facilitate business discussions and decision-making.
  • Partner with Supply Chain leadership to drive financial strategies, productivity initiatives, and long-term business planning that support sustainable growth and operational excellence.
  • Establish effective communication and alignment across countries on controlling matters, financial issues, risks, and required actions.
  • Lead annual budgeting and forecasting processes across functions within the country, ensuring alignment with global guidelines, timely reviews, consolidation, and presentation to management.
  • Review supply chain-related business cases and perform financial modelling/P&L simulations to support strategic and operational decision-making.
  • Lead monthly business performance reviews with senior management by providing strategic insights on risks, opportunities, scenario analysis, and corrective action plans.
  • Drive cost optimization, productivity, and value creation initiatives across procurement, manufacturing, warehousing, and logistics operations.
  • Champion digitalization and automation initiatives to enhance reporting efficiency, data visibility, and decision-making capabilities through tools such as Power BI, Lighthouse, and analytics platforms.
  • Support and lead global and local finance initiatives, transformation projects, and strategic priorities in collaboration with regional and country stakeholders.
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships with procurement, manufacturing, logistics, commercial, and finance teams to drive business performance and organizational objectives.
  • Ensure strong financial governance, compliance, and internal controls across Supply Chain Finance processes and activities.

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent..
  • Preferably with ACCA / CPA
  • Strong business and financial acumen with sound understanding of Supply Chain operations, business drivers, and industry dynamics.
  • Strong knowledge and practical application of financial planning & analysis (FP&A), management accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial controlling principles.
  • Proven ability to provide strategic financial insights and influence business decision-making through data-driven analysis and business partnering.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial modelling skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
  • Experience in SAP and finance digitalization/analytics tools such as Power BI, Lighthouse, or similar platforms is an advantage.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills with ability to engage effectively across all organizational levels.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives, manage competing priorities, and drive continuous improvement and transformation projects.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools.
  • Strong commercial mindset with ability to balance operational, financial, and strategic business priorities.
